EVA Foam

EVA foam is a type of closed-cell foam that is manufactured using Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and blended copolymers. The foam is chemically cross-linked, resulting in a smooth, non-abrasive sheet that is suitable for use in many situations. Benefits of EVA foam include:

We offer densities ranging from 30 to 400 kg/m3. As density increases, firmness also increases.

EVA foam is produced by moulding, which results in a sheet of closed-cell foam known as a “bun”. The maximum length, width, and thickness of the bun varies depending on the foam density. We can cut the bun into sheets, blocks, or strips of the desired thickness and size. Furthermore, we have the capability to shape or profile the material as needed.

EVA Foam is an extremely versatile product suiting a broad range of uses and applications. It is an effective replacement for many materials including felt, neoprene, natural rubber, polyurethane foam, PVC foam, wood composites, mineral wool and fibreglass.
