EVA Foam
EVA foam is closed cell foam made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and blended copolymers. It has a high level of chemical cross-linking. The result is a smooth, fine cell sheet that is suitable for use in a wide variety of situations. Benefits of EVA Foam include:

More About EVA Foam
EVA and Polyethylene are similar types of closed cell foam, however, EVA is softer and more resilient than Polyethylene, and has greater recovery characteristics after compression. We stock a range of densities from 30 to 400 kg/m3 and various colour options.
The foam is formed in a mould, resulting in a sheet of Closed Cell Foam known as a bun. The maximum length, width and thickness of the bun varies depending on the foam density. We can cut the bun into sheets, blocks or strips of the required thickness. Importantly, we can fabricate the material into a particular shape or profile

Popular Uses for EVA Foam
EVA Foam is an extremely versatile product suiting a broad range of uses and applications. It is an effective replacement for many materials including felt, neoprene, natural rubber, polyurethane foam, PVC foam, wood composites, mineral wool and fibreglass.
